This home is a traditional University Park interpretation of an English-style home. Construction took place over a 12-month period from November 2011 to November 2012. The home has peer-to-beam foundation with 2’x6 wall framing, all wood-clad windows, and a Samaca slate roof. The interior of the home has beautiful custom details, such as Walker Zanger tile, granite countertops, closets, and cast stone fireplaces.

  • The brick color is integrated into the banding of the driveway.

  • Above the door is a Juliet balcony with a beautiful, custom-art glass window.
