Clients have specific wants and needs and this Dallas remodeling and addition project involved many areas and aspects of this 1960’s Preston Hollow home.
The master bathroom was to be turned into a clean contemporary spa-like room with dressing areas, storage and other features. Also created was a lively powder room for guests. An update to the living area allowed for a more updated look for entertainment equipment and books.
And last, but not least, there was a new outdoor living area addition constructed at the back of the house. Two sides open allows this clean design of clean lines to reveal a modern feel that compliments the pool to this home and its owners design vision for their updated home.
