This was a modern luxury makeover for an active family. The extensive remodel of a 1950s two story ranch-style home encompassed some 7,300 square feet in Greenway Park, Dallas.
The whole residence was completely denuded of all plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sheetrock, and completely renovated.
The smooth modern look that resulted has allowed for a practical and comfortable home for modern living.

We have undertaken two extensive remodeling projects in two different houses with English Heritage Homes. We have always found them to be extremely attentive to both our desired outcomes and those of our architects and designers, while at the same time ensuring that each project was carried out in the style that was copacetic to both homes. One of the homes was a Georgian Traditional and the other a Mid Century Modern.
