Lakewood Boulevard 1

Complete renovation and addition to a 1931 Dilbeck designed home. The 51 week project included; the addition of 3500 square foot to the main residence, 1700 square foot new three car garage and exercise room, the complete renovation of an original log cabin into an entertaining area, as well as the complete renovation of the landscaping and addition of a new pool.

Luxury Home in University Park, Texas

This is a new build classic plantation style home located in University Park, Texas.

Private Texas Chapel and Chapel House

Private Chapel Custom Builder

Award winning structure by Modern Steel Construction. This is a private chapel overlooking the Brazos River in Texas. Designed by Maurice Jennings, long time business partner of the late Fay Jones. A truly spectacular sanctuary.

This Lakewood Tudor, constructed in the early 1930's, and remodeled in 2008-2009. The original home was subject to an addition of around 550 square feet, with the balance of the home being completely renovated, including a new kitchen, master suite, new heating and electrical systems, while remaining true to the original charm and character of this exquisite home.

Vanderbilt

Luxury Custom Home by English Heritage Homes of Texas, Dallas, Texas

New build custom luxury home 4,000 square foot Tuscan Villa designed with causal living in mind, this build-to-suit modern version of the classic Italian design is due to be compeletd by the Spring of 2011.

Bella Vista

Located in Forest Hills, this prairie style home was built with many of the traditional features and fixtures belong to this beloved style, but of course it included the modern amenities that families seek for their life style today. This project also included the installation of geothermal heating and cooling.

Kessler Woods

Contemporary homebuilder | English Heritage Homes of Texas

This development of modern homes was started around 2005. Contributions by English Heritage Homes include the residences of 723,727, 805 and 808 Kessler Woods Trail, and 2219 Kessler Woods Court. All the homes reflect a modernistic approach to contemporary design and construction. The homes vary between 3,500 and 4,500 square feet.

This home was completely renovated in 2008, in a modern and clean design. Rift sawn oak was used decoratively throughout the residence and use of the beautiful landscape to combine the inside and out of the residence together.

Midcrest

Located in the Northwood Hills area of Dallas, we provided construction of an air conditioned double garage with vaulted and beamed cooking and entertainment Cabana with hand hewn cedar beams on a terrace above a landscaped swimming pool. Completed in 2008.

Drane

This projected was completed in early 2008. The extensive remodel of a 1950s two storey ranch home, encompassed some 7,300 square foot. The whole residence was completely denuded of all plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sheetrock, and completely renovated. The smooth modern look that resulted has allowed for a practical and comfortable home for modern living.
